I guess it is summer season and more than me have the time to catch up on all the stuff that seem to not be as important there and then. Now and then I come across what I like to call services that want to extend, develop, change, etc.. a “perfect”, for me working service. This time (again) it is the great company Microsoft that caught my attention, this among few days with summer weather in Oslo, Norway.
It seems to me that Microsoft is about to add something to the perfect, in my opinion, mail as a service. Reading from this post from Microsoft I wonder what they are about this time.
There have over the years been many attempts to take mail out of service since the “common” arguments have been that nobody uses mail and there are so many other applications that can do better…
I for one disagree and from this post I have written about some of the great work done to remove the spam challenges on mail. In my opinion they are doing a great job and that makes my CRM (Customer Relation Management) “system” even better ;-).
I am not the only one that does not delete emails and have for me a working system..
I guess I am not among the target customer for the effort by Microsoft this time either, but I for one think mail is great like it is..with all it´s faults and challenges…
